Welcoming Jeff Ulrich to our Executive Team

I’m excited to welcome Jeff Ulrich to our executive team. Jeff will serve as our Chief Operating Officer. He will be responsible for overseeing our customer care, professional services, and operations teams. His decades of experience will be instrumental in helping us scale our business as we continue to support a growing number of re-commerce stores for our brand customers. Jeff has been a close friend and trusted colleague whose experience and good judgement helped us build Vetter Software into a leading cloud veterinary practice management companies.

Jeff was the former COO and Co-founder of Vetter Software from 2011 through its acquisition by DaySmart in 2021. Following that acquisition, Jeff served as Vice President of Operations at DaySmart through August of 2022. Prior to Vetter Software, Jeff served as Director, Master Data Management, and Manager, Operations Analysis of human experience management software provider, SuccessFactors (acquired by SAP). His experiences also include senior roles at money movement services provider, CashEdge, and the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco.

Jeff earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Mandarin Chinese from the University of California, Davis.
